The Customer Experience/Campaign Manager provides expert knowledge to deliver the strategy and vision for the end-to-end customer/user experience, through understanding the needs and behaviours of the core user base.
The Customer Experience/Campaign Manager focusses upon the supervision of a team, who focus on development, delivery and maintenance activities across user experience and campaign execution.
They have a key focus on ensuring Vodafone users are at the centre of everything we design and deliver targeted marketing communications to the customer base through multi channels, utilising Vodafone�s campaign management system (e.g. Unica).
Typically reports to the Senior Customer Experience/Campaign Manager.
